ERRORS

Customer Error:  Please review your order carefully before you submit it. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete text. However, if there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order and apply a 25% discount. The discount does not apply to the cost of shipping.
Our Error:  From time to time, errors do occur. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it so we may reprint the item. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Payment for each product is immediate upon placing the order. If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, contact us immediately.  In order to fulfill your order as quickly as possible, there is very little time to cancel or make any changes to your order. If the order has already gone to print, no changes or cancellations are able to be made and you will be charged in full. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your selections before submitting an order. Changing an order while in process may increase our processing time.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order prior to shipping. Our current processing time is 2-4 business days.

SHIPPING

We currently only ship domestically within the United States. We ship via USPS First Class for very small orders and FedEx for all other orders. All orders ship from our family-owned printing and fulfillment partner in Alabama. USPS First Class and FedEx Ground take approximately 1-4 business days depending on your location. FedEx 3 Day Express and FedEx 2 Day Express shipping upgrades are also available during checkout. While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (including bad weather, carrier rescheduling, or incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by customer).

Remember that everyone's monitor is different. We try to picture everything as clearly as possible. If something is extremely important to you, please contact us before you place your order. We are not responsible for differences in color or texture.
